A met a pheasant face to face – a sign?

I met this beautiful pheasant on the road by my apartment house. I tjust was there, very unusual to see them roaming around neighborhoods. Does anyone know if this is some kind of spiritual sign? read a lot about it? Anyone has something profound to share , would love to know…
