Wow…. that new Bond movie really kicks ass. I’m so serious. Daniel Craig IS James Bond. I liked how visceral it all was. It’s like they suddenly remembered that a double-0 is a lisence to kill and they’re not afraid to explore that. Besides that, it was the best movie I’ve seen in a long long time. easily. well…. since Lord of the Rings. the best bond since Sean Connery without a doubt. Connery played James more tongue in cheek, but he was always really physical. Drove an Aston Martin. Bond only drives an Aston Martin. Connery was suave, but there was too much camp for him to actually come off as a secret agent and assassin for the Brittish Government. Casino Royale got it down to bare bones. No fancy gadgets, no Q, no millions of minions without nametags just aching to get killed. Everyone who got killed actually had a background. Excellent movie.

I so want to see that movie. =) I was supposed to go, but I saw Happy Feet instead. (Hilarious, by the way.) No regrets, but I must find time for the Bond! 😉 Hope you had a good Thanksgiving. =)

It was really awesome but no way it was the best movie since LOTR………Batman Begins takes the cake IMHO. Still impressed the hell out of me. Joey
