Is this a good idea?

Ok to make a long story short Marco broke his leg and I haven’t seen him in like 5 weeks. Its been really sad at work because he is kind of my inspiration to get threw work. Like only 3 hour till I get to see Marco kind of thing without him it’s just work I’ve been texting him but it’s not the same. So anyway my friend Lynal tells me to ask Marco what I can do to make him feel better. My first thought was oh no I’m not going to ask him that he going to think that I’m trying to be dirty with him. But I suck up my pride and ask him and he say one million dollars. I say oh I bet that would make you feel better. I ask him if he would except the million all in penny’s and he said he would. So we are going to get a whole bunch of penny’s and send them to him. I ask Fred to get Marco’s address foe me because I want it to be a surprise. Fred tells Marco that he wants to send him a card. I buy a card and have people write get well wishes on it. Now here’s the problem my friend pointed out that we cant really send the penny’s in the mail because they would be to heavy so we can’t send it in the mail. I want to knock on the door and leave it and run but Lynal has other ideas. She wants to drop by announced and surprise him. I just think that would be kind of awkward. I the more I think about it the more I’m just like what the hell what do I have to lose? She should know what she’s talking about she is married with two kids I’m not. So I go visit him? Do you think it would look bad?
