Lifeless Thoughts
Have you ever thought about what it would be like to wake up dead? “That’s preposterous, the dead have no thought.” But tell me, have you died and experienced the unchartable un/consciousness of death? Who is to say the dead are unconscious when they themselves have not visited Death’s Realm? What if death was the absolute crowning point of life itself? What if life didn’t leave your body, but only sunk deeper into it–to a place we mere humans can’t chart with machines? Perhaps death is a dream–a Nirvana-esque state–that you never have to wake up from… or never want to for that matter. Death is unfathomable to us for it’s estimated we use only %0.1 of our brain’s capacity, if that. Calculating death is like trying to capture the size of the Universe–it’s been done, but do we really “get it.” Could it be that this life is actually death, and what we interpret to be death is actually a “waking up” into reality. We only know about death what our feeble human minds presume. Death could possibly the most exquisite sense of being–no worry, no pain, no fear, just joy. Unimaginable joy. Which would explain why the dead never come back; it would be a waste of their time. Or why the dead never eat food left on thier altars; the food of death far surpass that of this realm. Perhaps. Maybe. Possibly. But then, there’s only way to find out. Are you willing to take that RISK? Afterall, it could be all they say it is…
although the thought of having a near death encounter scares the hell out of me, it would only be NEAR death, and I would come out fine. I’d wonder how much of a difference death honestly makes to some.
