Christmas Plans
My family has never celebrated a normal Christmas in the traditional English sense, well not since me and my brother were a lot younger. But we’re both adults now, so the time has come to be really sensible.
Between the four of us (me, brother, mum and dad), we don’t need anything for Christmas (well I need a new car and my brother needs a new camera, but mum has already given us our presents – she paid for us to go on a Dutch course) so we opted for not spending loads of money on each other this year.
Christmas Day, as usual, we are going for a curry. Instead of the sacks full of presents we don’t need, we’re making each other presents… I thought it a fab idea, but now I can’t think of a single thing to make! Argh!
Boxing Day, we are spending £5 on each other to get the funniest gifts possible. We also have to make a food course to take to mums and bring a table game to play.
I’m so excited about Christmas now, just need help on the ideas!!!
