Urggggh, I’ve got the lurgy 🙁

It started out this morning with my throat feeling a bit funky, and now I’m knackered and coughing and urrrrgh. Fun. At least I’m off work until Saturday.

Alsssso, exciting news, we’re (almost definitely) going on holiday! Yaaaay! Thorpe and I, Dave and Becky and Sarah and Jake. We got together to look for cheap (<£350) holidays that were available the week of 14th April and we found a place in Crete that looks really nice. It’s £320pp, all inclusive and hopefully the weather should be about 20 degrees, which isn’t scorching but isn’t cold either. Dave, Becky and I went to the travel agents today to check with them if we could get a better deal and they couldn’t even find us anything under £500, so Dave is going to ring Teletext who we found the Crete holiday with and just double check the price is correct because it could well be they haven’t included cost of transfers, flights, etc etc but if it turns out we can afford it I reckon we’ll be booking it pretty soon! Exciting 😀

Oh, I didn’t write yesterday: I worked 10 – 7pm then did the quiz with Sarah and Sam and we came 2nd! Got a fiver back, lovely stuff.
