Tuesday, 22/5/12.

Was at the school this morning as per usual. I’ve really started picking up on some of the children’s personalities now. One girl who I thought was really sweet at first is actually a precocious little brat. She’ll speak to the other children like she’s much better than them, and I’ll catch her rolling her eyes or sneering at them when they talk. She’s only 6. Makes me wonder what mummy’s like…

I stopped by mum’s on the way home to pick up a couple of DS games from Roy (typical, the one game I wanted I couldn’t find) and we went into town for a couple hours because I wanted to get another jumper from Primarni and look for a coffee decanter for Thorpe. He saw some Amaretto flavoured ground coffee a while back and said how he’d love a little coffee machine just so he could have this amaretto coffee, but we left it at the time because we had more important things to be buying. Anyway, I found a lovely white coffee decanter today but couldn’t for the life of me find the coffee anywhere. Ended up having to buy it online from Whittard, £7.50! Psssh. But at least he’ll be happy when he opens it on his birthday. 

Oh, the one jumper from Primark ended up as one jumper, a plaid shirt and a pair of floral hotpants, but shh.
