Holla.

Went back to CAB with Mel this morning and got a very nice, helpful gentleman who told us to both write letters of grievance to Head Office explaining that we are owed mileage and that we expect action to be taken. Then depending on how satisfied we are with their reply we can have a meeting with a solicitor (free of charge) and could well end up in a small claims court (again, free of charge as it’s through CAB). Obviously we could do without the hassle of going to court but hey, if it’s not going to cost us anything what have we got to lose? Caremark aren’t going to want to go, what with the bad publicity so fingers crossed that this finally gets us somewhere. I’ve written my letter and sent it to Mel to read and she’s going to write hers tomorrow.

In lighter news, I baked soda bread today and it wasn’t too bad. Bit under cooked but edible, there’s just a lot of it! I’ve also got rice pudding in the slow cooker, yummy. Sarah’s coming over later to watch a film and that’s pretty much today summarised!
