Thursday, 12/7/12.

No entry yesterday. Bad Mel.

I went over to Kirsty’s around 11am to get my hair stripped and I ended up leaving at 4pm, which gave me just enough time to get ready before work (5 – 10:30pm) hence no entry. The stripper cost £20! Bloody ridiculous. Seems to have worked well enough though – apparently black is always a bugger of a colour to get out of hair. We did two applications at Kirsty’s and I did one more this morning to use the last of the bottle up and I can actually see my natural hair colour for a change! It’s not as perfect as I’d have liked it to be but I’m not buying any more stripper at that price so I’m just going to put the dye on and see how it turns out, and if it needs more I’ll put more on. Simples. 

Working 4 – 7:45pm today. Amy rang and asked if I could come in any earlier and I was like, erm, ahh, let me think… no. Mainly because I didn’t want to. Last night was rubbish, dragged on for ages so I’ll take my shitty 3 and 3/4 hour shift and be done with it. 

I got up this morning and did a quick cover-up of white around the ceiling where I’d gotten blue everywhere. The masking tape won’t stick on the wall with the window for some reason, so I’ve left that one for now. One more touch up tomorrow morning should cover it all, and then I’ll do one more entire coat of blue and the painting should finally be finished. THANK. THE. LORD. 

James brought a breadmaker home from work the other day, free from a workmate. Nice that it’s free and all, but I reckon he’ll use it once and then it’ll sit in the cupboard for a year. 

What ellllse. No freebies for a few days 🙁
Although I did get an email this morning saying my free cherry lube pack has been shipped, score! 😛
