Monday, 16/4/12.

Was asked to stay until 6pm at work and managed to get overtime on thursday, friday and saturday as well, so at least I’m earning a bit of money. I could literally feel my stress levels rising within half an hour on self serve today, which resulted in me scoffing four chocolate cakes on my fifteen minute break. 

We had sweet chilli and cracked black pepper salmon with asparagus and vegetable rice tonight, and it was amaaazing. Think I’ll make some raisin flapjacks tomorrow afternoon, nom nom nom.

… My god I love food.
