Wow, been a while

I just got my password back on here, it’s been a long, long time since I’ve been on here, obviously, my last entry was way back in February of 2008!  🙂  I’ve had a lot go on since then.  Not that I have time right now to go into details or anything but I think I have decided that I may want to occassionally write in here some more.  I think I’ll use this diary more for personal rants that I have that I can never seem to vent openly because I got rid of my Myspace and Facebook a while back so…

I’m dating this girl named Lauren, have been for quite a while, actually since July of 2007…  I plan on proposing to her in the very near future, she is definitly the lady for me, she is amazing, gorgeous, beautiful on the inside, great personality, caring, kind, Christian, everything I could ever want in a life long friend and partner, she is my world.  I love her so much.  We have had some serious ups and downs in the past year but I do not have any desire to go into those details at all…  But we’re good now and life is good and it can only get better. 

I still go to ITT Tech, still majoring in Networking…  It’s pretty easy but has it’s annoyances.  I am doing ok, I’ll do much better now then in the past though because I am starting to slowly but surely get my head on straight and mature a bit so I’m excited to see what I can do. 

I’m still in the Army Reserves.  I reenlisted like 6 months or so ago for another 6 years and I’ve been in 6 years this coming March so…  It’s ok, side money really and school money of course.  It’ll be nice for retirement when I’m done.  Lauren just recently joined the Guard, she finished her basic training and is currently at Fort Lee, VA going through her AIT (Job Training), she’ll be done with it all in March as well, I can’t wait to get her home. 

I currently work for Sears now, although from January of 2008 up to like November or something I worked for Circuit City but most of us now know why I can’t do that anymore… 🙂  I sale electronics at Sears now in the mall, it’s an ok job, laid back, on commission so right now after the holidays sales are slow and money is tight, but I’ll make it.  Tax season is among us and those refunds will start coming in any day now so sales should pick up a little real soon.

Obama was just inaugurated yesterday as my new commander and chief and our president.  I am not thoroughly excited about this, I did vote for McCain so…  🙂  But I am actually for once be open minded about this, so far Obama doesn’t give me the same bad vibes both Clinton’s did, and Kerry did and Gore did, Obama may be ok, but we’ll see, I’m not expecting anything so…  I can say this though, I can’t stand his wife, she is a hard core racist bitch and that is obvious through anything she does.  Just go online and watch any videos she has out, she is terrible, very mean lady, pompous and has that mentality that white people still owe black people for slavery, yea that mindset, I hate that, it’s pathetic and slavery is so far gone….  It’s rediculous. 

Hmmmm, not sure what else to say or get into now, I know I could definitly think of some stuff but I think I’ll just leave this entry as is because it pretty much sums up my last year, for the most part anyways :).
