Cavemen in Business Suits

I don’t know what the lefties want…?  Let’s say the Bill of Rights and/or the Constitution were written by Christians and therefore based on Christianity.  Ok, so what….  What do you want done about it liberal America?  Would you prefer we abolish the current Bill of Rights and Constitution and rewrite history to accommodate todays world..?  That would be like taking The Ten Commandments into Sadam and Gamorrah and them saying ok, let’s rewrite these commandments to better accommodate us as we live today.  That was a city of prostitution, murder, thieves, blasphemors….  And I’m sry to have to say it but that is what the world has become today, we are Sadam and Gamorrah all over again whether we want to believe that or not.  So to take something like our Constitution that was written in a time where there was much more moral value and family values, and just better human values in general by far then there are today, and take that constitution and totally abolish it for our benefit is crazy.  But to me that is what the liberals of today want.  They want to rewrite history to better accommodate them as a whole.  They don’t care how it would accomodate the entire country as a whole but better yet just them…  Well why can’t we just say that maybe the Constitution was based on Christianity and was written by Christian people and accept that but as a compromise between parties we could accept it differently today but keep the same Constitution.  We could just accept it no that the Constitution is no longer based on Christianity but rather is just based on what morals and way of living we should continue to live.  Ok people, we need to compromise between parties not try to take control as one party alone.  Hitler tried that and look what happened to him….
I personally would not agree with saying that the Constitution was not based on Christianity when it actually was and to say that it is no longer considered to be so, that would upset me but I am trying to compromise so that we can better coincide together as a "UNITED" country rather then seperated by parties.  I just can’t understand why we must live a life where it is a given that one side of the country must disagree with the other on a specific topic because they are the other side…  That’s barbaric.  I thought the world has come a lot farther then that but maybe I was wrong.  Maybe history books are full of lies.  Maybe we’ve always been barbaric and outright stubbourn and the only thing that has changed are our smarts and abilities to learn new things.  Yes we are practically cavemen in business suits, that’s all we are, that is what America portrays itself to be with all this childish, pathetic bickering between republicans and democrats.  It sickens me that we can’t just sit down as adults and reasonably compromise on a topic and that be it.  Why do we have to have a vote and may the majority vote win.  That like playing "Eeny Meany Miny Mo" (Spelling?) as a young child.  We haven’t grown or matured at all as human beings and that is a scary thought.  Here we look at the poverty living in Iraq after their government has been destroyed, and we look at them as having this mindset that has never changed, ever.  That they are primitive to the new age of thinking and whatever.  That they are beneath us because they think so primitively. When in fact they may look at us and all of our bickering between us and our dividedness between two parties and say that we are primitive because we can’t coincide as a country.  Maybe we should be considered the divided states of America??  Huh…?  Maybe that should be our new name, because that is the message we send to the rest of the world when during one Presidents term we have maybe Bush Sr. going to a random country like for example, Istanbul and telling their country one thing about how the US plans on doing things and then the next term comes along and here comes Clinton telling that same government of Istanbul a completely different story.  What kind of example are we giving the rest of the world when we are supposed to be the dominant of all other "Empires" so to speak.  Maybe they don’t want a government like ours in Iraq now because maybe they see how childish things become and how it can tear a country apart and that they would rather be left alone to decide their own new way of living.  Hell, maybe to them we are no better then Saddam himself, except we just don’t shoot them when they decide to be against our beliefs.  Yea so because we won’t shoot them and kill their families or rape their mothers or wives that makes us one step ahead of Saddam and makes us that much less primitive.
I don’t know, maybe what i am saying is just a bunch of mumbo jumbo that makes no sense.  I’m really just trying to say that we need to come together as a country, and truly live up to our name, the United States of America.  I am not taking sides, not anymore.  I’ve learned that I need to take a look at both sides of the arguements and make my own interpretation.  We need to always be like that rather then just taking sides.  Why do we have to be classified or stereotyped maybe even as Republicans or Democrats?  I just don’t know.

Istanbul isn’t a country, it’s the captitol city of Turkey. And it’s Sodom and Gomorrah, not Sadam and whatever. Apart from that, nice rant. 😉

I don’t care if it’s a country or not the point that was made is all I care about. Hell if I said the country of Texas it would have made no difference. But anyways. I got my spelling of that from an online source because I didn’t know how to spell it…

If it makes you feel any better, I misspelled capitol. I just thought it was weird for someone to wear a t-shirt saying ‘property of Jesus’ to misquote biblical references.
