It’s Started!

I think I successfully threw myself into a work-out binge! I worked out with the shake weight for 10 minutes today, and then did 35 sit-ups in my bedroom. When I felt the burn in my stomach, I needed more! 

So I downloaded P90X Ab Ripper X and Adam and I attempted to do that together. That shit was fucking HARD! My god, I thought I was gonna die! With all the burning muscles and everything, I think I’m addicted to it. I’m going to do this shit every day until this damn cruise and I hope to go that I lose at least 20-25 lbs. 

I’ve heard that the first 20-25 lbs is the easiest to lose. I have 6 months to work out, y’all think if I work out every day with the Ab Ripper I could do it? 
I freaking hope so! I just wanna wear a bikini on this cruise and not feel overly disgusting! 

And it’s a work out that Adam and I are gonna do together, so we can keep each other motivated and bond! 

Yay for weight loss!
