Shows the entire family can enjoy

There have been many TV shows I remember watching with my family on a regular basis throughout the years. It was a “gather on the couch because the show is about to start” moment. But those days drifted away as the children grew older and moved away and my spouse and I definitely stopped watching the same shows. Until Skinwalker Ranch. I started watching the first season and I forced my spouse to watch it. And now, we are both irrationally hooked on that show. For about an hour, my spouse and I can be part of that iconic American family activity. Bliss.

I love watching family movies. Don’t have any kids to watch them with but my husband I sometimes sink into a good family movie. Or animation. I love the very old 1900’s animations. I can’t really get into the 21st century ones.

We did this with Howdy Doody and The Mickey Mouse Club. I wanted to be a mousekateer and have that blue pleated skirt and shirt with my name sewn on it. 😎
