My eyes are no longer bigger than my stomach

I haven’t purchased M&Ms for a long time.  I opened the bag and I swear the M&Ms are smaller.  Why?  Why ruin a perfectly good candy? I don’t eat much candy anymore and I feel very disappointed. Well, not super disappointed.  I mean, I’ll eat them and enjoy them. But face it, size does matter.
