Pennsic XXXII

I’m not sure why, but starting yesterday I swung into full Pennsic mode. However, Pennsic is still exactly 104 days away (which, of course, I had to pause and use my fingers and memories of dates to figure out). I wonder if my excitement will wear out soon, go into submission for a month, or just keep going until August.

I have to pre-register by June 1st, which only poses a problem for the fact that I have no idea where I’m staying. If I were presumptuous, I’d register under Aleholding with Sarah and Lauren, as I’ve camped with them all.. five years.. that I’ve gone to Pennsic. However, I’m not sure… I’m hoping I would be welcome to camp there, despite my tendencies to spend nights at other encampments and not always be around for dinner… I still enjoy and appreciate their company very much.

Beyond that, I would not know where to stay. I should really figure that out soon.

I’m thrilled that I’m finally going to be able to drive myself down to Pennsic. Last year, my driver’s test date was set for the week after I came back from Pennsic, so I had to have my mother drive me to New Jersey and hopped a ride with Kalinda to Pennsylvania.

I hope to still drive down with Kalinda this year, but more in a caravan sort of way… Grab George if he has the guts to come again, and Mikey, of course.

That depends on if I’ll be manning Troll for land grab (which I think I would find amusing).

Wow.. where was I? When it comes to Pennsic, I tend to just start rambling, and really lose track of what the point is.

The point is, I’m already obsessed with this year’s Pennsic, and It isn’t until August.

I need a life, dammit.
