Vertigo?

Im off sick today and not because I have a cold, I’m really dizzy for some reason. I’m fine just sitting in bed but moving my head or getting up makes me feel I’m on a boat. The internet has diagnosed me with Vertigo. I really hope it isn’t that as from what I have heard it is pretty much untreatable. I still have a bit of a cold, my throat is really hurting but other than that my cold has nearly gone.

I have read alot of my book and just watched some daytime sitcoms to cheer me up, althought I never laugh at them anymore.

Something has been playing on my mind since yesterday. I was trying to help a young girl out at work and she snapped at me which left me feeling very very anxious, worrying if she disliked me or if I irritate her. Then she asked for my help so I helped her and then she snapped at me again. I know this may seem so small but it had such a big impact on me for the rest of the day, you might even say I was close to tears, but I was also trying towork through my dizziness that might have set me back too. I always thought this young girl saw me as a work friend and we often had dinner together until recently when she has been going off having lunch with other people which hasn’t bothered me much, until yesterday when she snapped and I felt very aware that maybe she doesn’t like me as much as I thought. I felt annoyed with myself for spending so much of my time with her and all the times I have helped her since she started in December. I don’t even know why I seem so bothered by this, I just do. Working with girls is hard work, some days you don’t know where you stand. I feel so anxious over it and worried that people find me irritating. Maybe I am better off just keeping my head down and not sticking my nose in to help to every oppurtunity which people mind find irritating. It all because I think I can read people well, I quickly judge, but I am also quick to defend so I’m not all negative.
