One Fine Day

I just finish watching this Korean drama "One Fine Day". I am listening to the OST as I am writing this. The songs are so sad but I like it very much. The series was so good and left such a deep impression in me.

This is a story that started with a man who remarry a woman who has a daughter named Ha Neul. Ha Neul and  Gun became legal brother and sister. They had really great time together but unfortunately they were separated when the parents died in an accident. Ha Neul then grew up in a rich family who took her in but her life was really pitiful (I cried so much as the story goes on, she was yearning for her brother Gun, and she has to endure her mean stepbrother and hardships) because her step brother in that new family sort of  "rape" her when they were young. Meanwhile Gun grew up with another family in Australia. Despite all these, Ha Neul still believe that Gun will keep his promise and come back for her. True enough, after 15 years Gun returned and they met each other after several circumstances. Gun really care for Ha Neul as a sister but he was confused on the other hand because he came back because he wanted to extort some money (this is meant surgery for his sick sister from another family) from Ha Neul’s foster father. There were many other problems that arise later such as Ha Neul realise she is not Gun blood related sister, both brother and sister fall in love with each other, and worst Gun found out that Ha Neul’s foster father actually kill his real father. There were so many memorable, touching scenes and scripts in this drama that can’t forget.

"One Fine Day" I really like this title. I think One Fine Day means the day when Ha Neul and Gun can be together, when they can forget all their pain and sufferings……. Makes me think when will my One Fine Day comes, the day when I can forget all tears, all unhappiness and unwanted memories.
