Mom’s birthday

Today’s my mom’s birthday. We had a really enjoyable birthday celebration with my aunt and grandma at "Soup restaurant". We ordered a set dinner for 6 person and to my surprise, the food was fabulous, very much to our liking (usually I don’t enjoy outside food as much) but I still feel  that the bill was expensive lol. I rather eat at home sometimes to save up money because I think we can cook nice dishes at home too.

Anyway, these few days was really good except that I have to work harder because my mock exams are coming soon, right after the Chinese New Year. Yesterday, I went to Chinatown night market, I bought quite a few stuffs there, overall the place is still nice to shop around and there’s quite a lot of new year stuffs/goodies, the crowd is definitely there.

There’s one thing, after my friend and I talked about going to Guang Zhou (China) during our coming vacation after the exam, I am really looking forward to the trip so much but I don’t know whether I can manage to save up enough money. The trip is not yet confirmed but I really wish the trip is still on……………I wanted to go on a overseas trip ever since I finished my secondary school education and polytechnic education. I just want to leave singapore for a while and experience how it’s like in another country, I really don’t care, singapore is convenient/safer than other countries but  I am really desperate to go to another country lol.
