as a former Hospice Nurse I know the shock of the news, if she only has a few days to live please be there for her and your brother. I mean physically there for them. Making runs to the pharmacy, grocery store or anything that they need. Fixing meals for them. Calling relatives for a meal train where everyone takes a day to fix a dinner for the number of people at the house. People want to know what to do for your sister in law… and continue for a week after she passes. It really helps the family.
