I didn’t want to update about the election. I seriously and truly didn’t.
But I haven’t been able to go on Facebook without getting really really really REALLY pissed off since 10 pm last night.
If you’re so convinced that Barak Obama is a socialistic terrorist, fucking GO to Canada, quit just threatening.
I understand not agreeing with his ideas. That’s cool, that’s your right. I understand not voting for him.
Grow the fuck up and quit accusing him of stupid shit. He’s not Osama Bin Ladin, and it’d be great if you stopped comparing him just because his name sounds similar. Even John McCain realized that his followers were way off the mark (even though he was the one who started this stuipd "he’s an Arab" or "he’s a terrorist") and tried to stop the idocy – but it was clearly too late.
Obama isn’t going to take your money and give it to other people – most of the people bitching about this are going to experience no difference whatsoever because they don’t MAKE ENOUGH to be taxed any more. What he’s proposing isn’t socialism – read a goddamn book on the subject. Understand what you’re talking about before you get pissed off about "saying goodbye to your paycheck."
I’m sorry I’m so angry. I don’t have anything against people who voted for McCain. I don’t even have anything against being upset about the outcome. I just have something against people who can’t act a little MORE like civilized adults about this.

The only thing I disagree with is the socialism call. I’m sorry. I’m a poli sci major. I’ve seen way too many classes on socialism, and it’s a VERY broad subject, but the redistribution of wealth is a definite call to that. Do I believe in overdramatizing and making it a huge deal? No. Is it technically a socialist principle, yes. I get where you’re coming from.

Haha, you didn’t upset me one bit babe, you know I love you. I don’t take politics on an emotional level. It’s hard not to, but I’ve learned that people make really bad decisions when they act on feelings. I believe that everyone has the right to their own opinion. I also believe in not shoving it down other people’s throats. I can see the aggravation on both sides. <3
