part 2

[1]  Egg nog or hot chocolate?  Depends on where I am.  At home I like hot chocolate, but if I am visiting relitives, its egg nog and there better be rum in it!

[2]  Does "Santa" wrap presents or just sit them under the tree?  Santa wraps the presents, and they are in special wrap that we "don’t own"

[3]  Colored lights on tree/house or white?  Colored are more fun, white more elegent, so it depends on the house.  I prefer colored on the tree all the time.

[4]  Do you hang mistletoe?  I have an 8 month old… He would eat it if he could see it.

[5]  When do you put your decorations up?  Umm… once the house is cleaned (tomorrow or thursday)

[6]  What is your favorite holiday dish (excluding dessert)?  Grammy’s rolls.  They are a heavy, dense bread that is just slightly sweet and almost impossible to put too much butter on.

[8]  When and how did you learn the truth about Santa? When I was getting hats out of the storage and found the presents… I am not really sure how old I was, but it was before the 5th grade.

[9]  Do you open a gift on Christmas Eve?  Most of them, so when annoying relitives call at 8 am, I can tell them I loved it… then go back to bed.

[10]  How do you decorate your Christmas tree?  The last few years we have done theme trees, rudolph, silver and blue, red and green.  This year it is going to be tacky!

[11]  Snow!  Love it or dread it?  You mean that white shit that I have to clean off my car in the next two hours so that I can go to work?  THe stuff that means I have to take the  long way around to work?  I like walking in it, thats it.

[12]  Can you ice skate?  The last time I tried was when I was 7

[13]  Do you remember your favorite gift?  Squeeky bear, who is sitting in my toy chest, at the end of the sofa, awaiting a new squeeker to be passed on to my son.

[14]  Whats the most exciting thing about the holidays for you?  Baking cookies, and this year seeing my son react to the decorations and sounds.

[15]  What is your favorite holiday dessert? Cookies.

[16]  What is your favorite holiday tradition?  The pizza I mentioned in the last entry.  and baking cookies (have I mentioned that I love Christmas cookies?)

[17]  What tops your tree?  Umm… still looking for the right topper, so whatever bryan and I can agree upon for that year.

[18]  Which do you prefer: give or receive?  Give.  If I know you, you will probobly get something from me.  But I always feel awkward recieving from others.

[19]  What is your favorite Christmas song?  Silent night, sung by just about anyone, but especially by little kids.

[20]  Candy canes? I just finished one.  But there is hope… I am still on my first box of the season.
