Good Day

Today was a  good day…..

More and more of my friends from the airline are on my FB page and  I talked to the women in HR for this company that called me yesterday for an interview.   WOW.  I’m still floored. I thought I would have to do my time in the hospital before I got a chance at a Mon-Fri job FULL time job.   I’m still trying to comprehend it.  I know its too soon to get too excited but WOW!   Just the opportunity to,is flooring me.  I’m not a hospital person,really.  Since I graduated High School I have had my CNA (certified Nurses Aide) certificate.I kind of laugh when I see these shows were they say the person is getting there life back together and is taking a class to be a CNA  as I took it in High School.  I never liked doing the hospital thing so I did HHA (home Health Aide) from day one.  It unfortunately doesn’t pay as well as a CNA in the hospital but I like it and enjoy doing it better than the hospital.   I would do the hospital if I had to and throughly expect too….BUT this!!! WOW ! and its explaining CPAP machines to people with sleep apnea!! Cool I know this topic too well.   So what ever happens I’m happy they gave me a shot, which is far more than I expected.

The kids are driving me CRAZY!!! That’s the only down part I see.  Andrew in particular.   Oh we are now copping an attitude.  And I thought I didn’t have to deal with that.  I’m not picking that up and I’m not doing that and this morning was demanding breakfast while I was on the phone with the person for the interview…GRRR  And he’s the easy one right now.   The other one………I’m thinking he’s half monkey and half the energizer bunny…he keeps going and going………. I can’t wait for school as then its back to one.  AHHHHHHHHH!

Tonight Jonathan was giving me a hard time about sleeping.  I go in there and we have a little talk.  You go night night I tell him.  He looks at me with his big blue eyes and shakes his head "yes".  I get excited and clap for him.   YEAH he says yes!!   Put your head on your pillow and he did shaking his head yes.   SO cool.   He knows yes….probably the last time I will see it…
