Saying no…

Saying no:

I have a hard time saying no, and accepting the word no. I guess that’s what Colleen the staff says to my sister to keep me safe bc I’m ‘vulnerable’. I say no to drugs, and booze and no to panhandlers. I say no to sugary foods and foods that could hurt my blood glucose. 

I was a foster child that was constantly told ‘no’. No new toys. No outside food. No nothing. I was put through the wringer with my ‘foster mother’ Eleanor. Thank God I have two mamas that care about me. I have Toni, and Chrissy who have took me under their wings and I appreciate them greatly.
