well im goign to try n change my eating habits n things and start taking more walks and vitimans and get into that whole habit and see if that helps me kick off a few pounds.. *sighZ* not promisign anything but im goign to try! yay! my ideal weight would be to be a hundred pounds lighter im around 340 lbs…. I would love to be at least 200=250 lbs.. and find ways to curb my emotional eating by walking or exercising more… So wish me luck.. i got this book at the grocery store and some points it made about intimacy, and concieving being connected to weight issues has me overly concerned so this is my goal so i dont have some of those issues is to change all those bad things into good things!
