Anyone else sleeping going haywire?

i dont know if its the stress of trying to find a job while under a stay at home order during this, or if my sleep cycle has just gone crazy with being 36. Sometimes i can’t get brain to turn off so binge watch Arrow on netflix. up to season five now…  Dont want to eat sometimes and other times i eat a little bit then feel nausea. its like my body doesn’t know what ot do with no set routines… and im struggling with finding a routine that i can stick with. Have been helping my sister home school  these last two weeks for 3 days at a time. gets me out of the house, and i wear a mask the entire time i am there… but wearing a mask eating and drinking is a bit redicolus but i do it because of my sister’s cancer survivorness. wish i could just hit a switch and be like body reboot… lets set bedtime at 11pm and wake up at 8am untill we find a job with set hours.  i swear on tuesday i hadn’t gone to bed so i had been up for 24 hours food smelled disgusting and i went and helped my sister as her mil couldn’t stay for the whole day. and so when the 2 year old napped i napped..  it has been crazy

I hope you get your sleep routine back along with the job soon.   Its certainly stressful time I admit.  My sleep pattern is slightly different but I am not working just now and will be returning to work in probably by June 1st.  Well that’s my hope.

Question? Have you gone for any interviews yet?  here in B.C. there is a hiring freeze and no interviews.
