*look* it’s a human

It’s very disappointing that someone would be so stupid as to hack in to open diary and screw up thousand’s of people’s personal journals.  So many of us put everything we’ve got in here, our entire lives are documented!  I’ve been writing in OD for years now (although it doesn’t feel that way) and to have everything taken away would have been devastating.  I guess it’s a lesson learned, I should be more careful to save my entries on disk as well as on the site.  Lets hope they catch the dickhead!!!

Anyways, I planned to stop in just to write a quick entry.  I’m still home alone, until the 23rd if everything pans out they way it was meant to.  Mind you, things have already changed and Stephen is no longer in Malaysia.  I’d love for him to come home early, but am not getting my hopes up.  I’ve been spending my time mostly working and relaxing after last week’s nightmare!  I had a huge number of assignments due, so having this week off has been wonderful.  In fact, I’ve been relaxing so much that the house has become a disgusting mess, lol.  I finally managed to clean the kitchen this morning.  Cranked up the stereo with some rap mix that Kurt gave me when he was here, and did my thing!  That’s the only way to get things done in my opinion.  And there’s nothing better than dancing in your PJs ๐Ÿ˜€

Went to the welcome back Olympic athlete parade thing yesterday.  It was at town hall in the city.  Not too bad!  There were tons of people, but it freaked me out how quiet everybody was.  The athletes were walking down the street with their medals and signs and what have you, and everyone was just standing there staring! lol  People only cheered when they were encouraged to, otherwise they just took pictures and waved their little flags around.  I can’t imagine being one of the athletes though, that’d freak me out completely!!  I’d be like, stop looking at me……….  Anyways!  Just found that a bit odd.  Paulini from Australian Idol sang the national anthem, and when everyone around me sang I got embarassed because I don’t know the words, lol  Yay!  After the parade we went and did some shopping.  I got a pair of really cute silver earrings, and some facial toner from this store called Lush which I’ve never been to before.  Their products are made from all natural ingredients, and come in the coolest packaging!  Plus they do TONS of different kinds of hand made soaps and things.  I could have spent a fortune there.  After that I went and (finally) got some groceries, then came home just in time for Neighbours, lol

Well I’ve got to head to work in a little while, so I should go and find something to eat.  Hope all is well with everyone!  Take care.

.xox.
