This is why I hate to diet. I’m tired. I’m hungry-alll the damn time.

I just ate a fold over peanut butter sandwich and it made me sick. Or maybe it was the rootbeer.

did good yesterday, only one soda. then today i go to work at chevron, and i probably slurped down 4-5 sprites. little cups though, with tons of ice in them. so does that count?

i got on my ball. did some cardio yesterday. my knee hurts really bad when i put pressure on it..even bouncing on that damn thing was hurting my knee yesterday.

fuck.

have i mentioned i hate dieting?

i shot the finger at a cop today. and he didn’t arrest me. okay, so it was my little man friend, but So i still shot the bird at him. and then giggled. it was amusing.
