Across the street from my parents house is a big field, and for the last 3 – 4 months it’s been overgrown. Yesterday it was finally burned down (they burn it instead of mow it). After it was burned down, my parents were outside and they found a small half-dead dachshund dog lying in our yard, against our house.
This dog looked so pathetic. He has to be 3/4ths dead already. You can see every bone in his body. Holocaust survivor.
So we brought him in last night, fed him real good, put him in a nice little blanket to sleep in.
He’s doing okay this morning, but we’re still worried that he’s going to die.
I just hope that his story is that of a dog that got lost in the tornadoes,… not that he was owned by an abusive owner that wouldn’t feed him. We have no idea how long he’s been out in the wild.. but if it turns out he’s only been lost for 1 day or so, there’s no way in hell we’re going to give him back to an owner that wont feed him.
I call him Skeletor, Dad calls him Bony, Mom calls him Bony Boy.
Hopefully he’ll grow out of that name.
That poor doggie. 🙁 I hope he recovers.

oh my goodness! 🙁 That’s horrible! I hope he pulls through.. I hate that just anyone can have pets and DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THEM! Both of the cats my parents have were strays that somehow found their way into our garage, totally starving.

Help him transform into Captain America. Cap for short.
