Travels and Justin’s Tests

Well, it’s Wed. – Over the hump. I’m sitting here in the hotel room in Maryville, MO unwinding from the day. I’ve got my whole team here around the US and England. We just finished 2 days of training (went excellent) and have a 2-day strategy session coming up. I’m really looking forward to it. I’ve got a great team together with very diverse skills. The caliber of the group has improved every year and I’m very fortunate.

I was traveling last week and this week so I can’t wait to get home Friday night. Justin just called and wants to go climbing on Saturday. Sounds good. He called yesterday morning and was a little bummed out cause he got his calculus test result and it was his worst math test grade ever. (Not terrible but right in the middle of the class curve). He was so worked up he was having trouble getting his head together for an ecomonics test at 1:30. After about 15 minutes he felt better so we said goodbye. Later last night he called me to tell me he aced the econ test and felt much better. – The ups and downs of college life. Glad he feels comfortable calling me to talk.  (He also called his mom later which makes me happy).

Well, need to go. Got some prep work for tomorrow.

Peace and love to all

He’s one lucky young man to have you for a dad and Diane for a mom. A family with loving and healthy closeness. Like to hear you talk about your world of work. A long way from the joneses of a corporation.
