QUICK UPDATE! For those of you reading this before my nano ticker at the bottom is updated to the shiny new HIGHER THAN WILL word count, I’m actually at 10,232. My mother thinks better in terms of pages, which is how I used to think, so the answer is: it’s five lines into the 34th page, double spaced times new roman point 12 font 1 inch margins. Which is the standard for school papers, for the most part. I’m not updating my word count until I’ve passed Will, however. So that I’ll make a random jump from 6559 to HIGHER THAN WILL. That is a number; shush. He gets home in an hour and twenty minutes, so I have to write quickly because he and I have the same typing speed.

I didn’t get a chance to write yesterday because Amanda Black came over with Sidd. I could only add a few hundred words. Today has been much more productive.

Status update immediately after a status update? Yes. I warned you: it’s NaNo. Okay, so basically, Will’s word count is 13,175; I just hit 10,107. I’m catching up quite well. After I’ve hit 13,500, I need to take a break and re-plan out this story, because my damned character went and rewrote the entire fvking plot on me. Thank you, Phoenix, for nothing. As always, this is a more interesting plot…so I’ll stick with it. But it means I need both research and an outline. Damn! I don’t have time to make either. THANK YOU, PHOENIX, FOR NOTHING!!!
