Weight Gain 4000

I’ve figured out a routine that works for me at the gym. Fifteen to twenty minutes on an elliptical trainer doesn’t kill my kness and gives me the cardiovascular workout I need. Then a few minutes on the ab machine with the weight kept low and maybe a set or two on the tricep machine and I’m done. Real simple, but I’m working what needs working and I’m not trying to get into body building or anything.

I’m not expecting dramatic weight loss results or anything because I haven’t change my eating habits, but I didn’t expect my weight to start going up steadily by a pound per day I work out. I think it’s more like two pounds every two days, but it’s still weird. It’d be nice if they had some sort of personal trainer or someone to consult to set up an appropriate plan or just answer questions.
