Spring Cleaning
I’ve been on vacation all this week. I’ve been at home cleaning, paying games, fixing things around the house, or just catching up on Tivo recordings. I haven’t accomplished everything I hoped to this week, but definitely took care of my first priority: doing whatever I need to do to relax and rest up. It’s spring break for school too. So tonight I meant to do some homework, but I ended up cleaning the inbox of one of my e-mail accounts and taking the time to finally write back to some old friends. That brought back some good memories of good times, and I’m happy with the way everything is going in my life now. I guess that’s why I haven’t been writing here much even though I know I should be sharing the good along with the bad. It’s so much easier to write about bad things. There’s still more cleaning to do, but progress has been made. The remaining tasks are much less daunting now. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel finally. I used to love driving through long tunnels when I was a kid, but all that tends to change. Anyway, I’ve rambled enough for tonight. I’ll leave you with the quote I added to my front page tonight.
“Life is like a game of cards. The hand you are dealt is determinism; the way you play it is free will.” – Jawaharlal Nehru
