I arrived in FL around 1pm on Monday. I just haven’t felt much like writing yet. I have a dial-up connection at the hotel room, so it takes forever to get any work done. Tonight is a party at Universal Studios, so I won’t be back on until late tonight. There is a high speed connection at the convention center, but most of what is available is wireless. Since I have an older laptop, that’s useless to me. They’ve provided just one room for people who need a cabled network and that’s usually packed with people. Not to mention I don’t want to write about what’s going on while standing next to anyone and I don’t want to hog a connection. And the battery in this thing doesn’t even last long enough to boot it.
