Confirmation
B and I have been packing with plans on leaving today. We’re going to drive over the Rocky Mountains before we jump on planes to leap over the Pacific to OZ. With some apprehension and cautious optimism, we went to bed last night to wake up to this:
Yup. Snow. Spirit is telling us it is time to go. The door is going to slap our behinds on the way out.
It is just too appropriate. It is perfection. All doubts are gone in spite of our being warm and cozy.
Goodbye winter. Hello summer. Bring on the sweltering heat and the flies. I’m ready. Damn the topedoes and the small rattles in the car… full speed ahead.
I’ll write when I can.
