Accidents ~

A long time ago, when I was young, I was doing volunteer work in a nursing home. White visiting an older black man, I asked him if he wanted to go in the other room & watch the news on TV. His reply was, "No.. nothing  but bad news is all they tell" Tonight while listening to the 6 o clock news I felt the same way. Terrible stories of deaths, shootings, everything bad. 

Friday night I went with my X mother in law to see a play she had free tickets for. It was South Pacific & they did really good. I had to put my hand over my mouth to keep from singing along with them lol Anyway.. when we got there we were told to go ahead & find a seat, so we turned left .. took a few steps.. and i went BOOM.. TUMBLE… right to my knees then the palm of my hands. There was not enough lights & we didn’t see the 3 small steps that made me go tumble. I have big bruise marks on both of my hands, & would you believe I hurt another toe on the same foot!! lol The toe next to your big toe on my left foot. Its blue like the big toe was but not as painful. I’m ok, just a little sore today. So glad she didn’t fall instead since her arm was just operated on not long ago.

I’m getting ahead of myself again. Remember before I mentioned about my car messing up? Well it did it again! When I got off work Friday, I stopped at a garage sale on the way home & when I got back in the car it wouldn’t start again 🙁  Just went click click when I turned it. To make a long story short, I was able to take it to a local car dealer, & they tried a new battery first. But no.. it needed a new starter. So he let me give him a post dated check for $250. Not many places will let you do that. So now I have my car working good again. I imagine I’ll be out more money shorty for new tires & a tune up.

Well earlier I was going out the door & the puppy was running along right under my feet like she always does. I was in a hurry & I accidently stepped on her other foot 🙁   Now she has 2 injured paws in the front 🙁   I cried out & I felt so bad. Now she limps on her good foot too 🙁  I hope tomorrow it will be better after she stays off of it all night. I have been putting her in a little carrier at night to get her use to it so when we go on trips etc. I put her little blue blanket that she likes to lay on & chew on. Well I didn’t believe it this morning when I realalized she had peed on her blankie. I didn’t think they would do that. Guess she just couldn’t hold it. 

This young guy here in town that is trying to find some jobs on the side came over today, cleaned up my kitchen & took out the garbage. It was worth the 15. he charged as it was a mess. I should just eat out every night so I won’t have to mess it up again lol Yea right!!
