Tunguska doesn’t live in Pasco Wa.  She moved to Tunisia to teach mandolin to the locals. She’s never coming back. She doesn’t need the man’s insurance. She lives with a roving band of Caracal and survives on a steady diet of masfouf.  She will probably succumb to helminths. I would not insure her for anything. The ROI would be very bad.
