rice krispy treats/ bronchitis/ sweepstakes

addicted to them! *sigh* had 2 within the hour so far, I’ve tried making them before, messed up a little, added too much butter. N E way Today is kindof a chill day, enjoying my vacation.

 my son has been sick lately, think he has bronchitis again, he gets that alot, I took him to see his Pedi this morning and they refused to see him unless i paid for the visit because his medicaid card was showing that he had private insurance.

which is ridiculous because hes never had private insurance, i went through this with his pedi office and medicaid back in september, i was told it would be changed and he should be able to see his pedi without me having to come out of pocket.

just a bunchof BS, so i was on the phone most of the day, being redirected to just about every dept. until i finally got ahold of someone who told me it would be removed from his medicaid in 20 days, whateva, been giving him over the counter cough medicine for now,  might take him to a clinic nearby tomorrow morning and see if they’ll take him.

early 2005 i picked up a hobby of sweeping, more of a way to just pass time i guess since i was out of work for awhile, sweeping is entering contests, giveaways etc.

I had won alot of little stuff, and some not so little, eletronics etc ipods, cell phones, digital cameras, but nothing major like some folks had won from a website i belong to thats geared towards sweeping.

I kinda get jealous when i see ppl post their huge wins, knowing ive been at this hobby for about 3 years now and havent won anything huge, but i guess its partially my fault lately for not actively entering as much as i used to, kinda slacking off.

the biggest thing i won was a vacations certificate with Delta for $3,500. used it to take a 1 week trip to Mexico this past summer and had a blast, hoping to win another trip soon, but ya never know with this hobby.

alot more ppl sweeping nowadays, odds arent always in your favor i guess. just recently a member i chat with occasionally from that website won a new pontiac solstice. im happy for her, but in the back of mind im thinking i wish it was me lol. could use a new car, since my current one is DOA.

I need a bout a dozen rabbit foots, and whatever else i can get for luck, hoping next year will be different, no more slacking off, thats for sure.

I havent talked to marc, kindof keeping my distance, dont need the added stress right now, just going to hang out with my babies more, my son and dog. later folks.
