Strong Dude

Just got back from Dirty Girl’s place. Someone from work had won a TV or something and gave it to her. It was a big wonkin TV, I’m thinking thirty-two inches, so she needed help getting it onto the table she wanted it on.

Noah’s a little jealous. Every time I hug DG he says “My Mama!” We keep telling him that she’s still his mom, but it hasn’t really set in yet. It’ll be OK though. I think he likes me, but kids at that age tend to like everyone unless you’re completely evil or you make them angry.

Things are good right now. We even managed to keep it to just hand holding so we wouldn’t make each other sicker than we already are. I kind of wanted to stay the night, and she did suggest it, but I didn’t have a bag (there was a time when I kept one in the car all the time, even when I didn’t have a girlfriend) and I don’t know that Noah is ready for that yet.

We’ll be OK, just let things unfold naturally. As much as I enjoy it, we’re too sick right now to be able to sleep in the same bed anyway, what with all the coughing and sniffing and aches and other things. Hopefully we’ll be better by the weekend. In the meantime I’ll just have to deal with all the extra space while I’m sleeping.

hang in there, buddy! although my personal belief is ususally if you’re both sick then it’s fair game! haha

Believe it or not it will get better with Noah, when I first met Chad Claire acted like I was the devil incarnated, but we grew to love each other. A lot.
