I was almost wishing I had Queeg back on my last day of work. Seriously, the new Senior Manager was totally freaking out and it was totally unnecessary.

K wanted to spend the night with me Saturday night, or at least she thought she did. Once she got in bed and I went outside to say bye to Critter she came running out with tears on her face saying she wanted to go home. Poor thing. She told Critter on the way home that she thought she wanted to spend the night but when she got in her bed she started crying. I love how she calls it her bed.

Been playing Plants vs. Zombies on the XBox as  well as the laptop. I think I like the console interface better. It’s easier to use a controller than a track-pad.

Gonna have to re-play the first two LEGO Star Wars games and beat them on the XBox since they didn’t write LEGO Star Wars III for the PS2, which is where I have my saves from the first two. I may just skip it, not sure whatever bonus you get for having saves from the first two is worth it. On the PS2 you got access to all your unlocked characters if you had an old save but I think that was it.

Bought and started Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2. I’m not enjoying that one as much as the first one. I’m wondering why they so dramatically changed the experience. The displays, the way the game plays, it’s all different. Not sure if I’m going to finish it or not, especially since I’d have to play it through twice to get the complete experience and unlock as many achievements as possible. Yes, I’m an achievement whore, lol. When I first signed up for XBox Live I thought that was one of the silliest things in the world, but now I’m all about unlocking the things.

FarmVille is working my very last nerve right now. For those of you that both use Firefox and play FarmVille, delay upgrading to Firefox 4.0 as long as possible, that’s when the trouble started for me.

Finally got my corner book case in the right position, it took a lot of maneuvering but I got it done. Of course I don’t have the brackets to attach it to the shelves on either side, so it looks a little wobbly right now, but it’s still safe. I’ve got one more book case to put together and I have to clear out all the crates that are piled in the spot it’s going to go. Of course, they’ve been sitting there for about a year now, so I’m thinking there’s not a lot of really important stuff in them, but I am a bit of a pack rat.
