Happy Stuff

Yeah, I’m here. No word from Nala yet if she’s coming up or not. It’d be totally cool if she did.

Back on days now, not sure if I mentioned that earlier. That’s good but I’m having trouble sleeping with it being dark outside. No, really I am. As soon as the sun goes down I start to perk up. I hope it doesn’t take another year to get back to a normal sleep cycle.

TreeSap is preggers, she just found out last week, and her new boyfriend is the father. I’m the only one besides the two of them to know. It’ll be her third. She’s due in October/November, so naturally she’s going to miss the holiday crush. She told me she wasn’t going to take tha whole twelve weeks she’s allowed because she doesn’t have enough sick/personal/vacation hours saved up. I told her to make her baby-daddy support her, and she got kind of a semi-evil sparkle in her eye…

I really hope he’s a better person than I think he is. I’d hate to see this thing fall apart now.

I was talking to my mom on the phone today and told her I might not be able to get up to the cabin next week since Nala might be coming up. It seems I’ve neglected to mention Nala before now, so there was ‘splaining to do. No big though.
