I am sooooo hungry!

Actually I’m not, I’m just bored. Added to the fact that I’m broke and couldn’t have pizza/Taco Bell/Wendy’s/whatever anyway it just makes it worse. I’d prefer to be able to say, “I don’t need the pizza” rather than “I can’t have the pizza.” It just sounds better to me somehow. And it’s not like I don’t have some food in the fridge, it’s just I don’t want what I’ve GOT. Imagine that.

I haven’t walked yet today. Not sure I will, the wind’s a little bitter today.

You know on Weight Watchers you can have pizza, I have two slices, and a salad. The more you weigh the more you can eat! If you deprive yourself it will eat at you and youll obssess over it. I tend to eat out of boredom! Especially at night. I love chocolate! And so what if you dont walk today, you can tomorrow! Chin up dear! Hugs and smiles……….

I just got this book called “You on a Diet” partly for me and partly because my guy is a diabetic so it’s important for both of us that he continues to eat well. Anyway, the books says you should never do a huge, prolonged drop in calories (and by prolonged I mean even a few days) because it throws your body into diet “shock” and your body will go into “starvation” mode and it’ll just be that muchharder to get and keep the weight off. That made so much sense to me. I only have about 12lbs to lose but this time I’m going to try to NOT put them back on every winter.
