First Day

The first day went well. My classmates and I all fared well. The early group ended up staying an hour or so after they were supposed to go, but I only ended up staying about half an hour or so. I could have gone on time, but I had a few employees that had some scheduling issues. It didn’t take long to fix them so I did. Besides, doing it then meant they aren’t worrying about it all weekend and being distracted from their jobs, so it was worth the extra half-hour.

I was hoping I’d get to spend some time with Ember tonight, but she’s off seeing a movie with someone. I don’t think I’ve seen her at all since Friday morning. Next weekend is shot because she’s off to see Sammie, and she has to work on my two days off this week and next week. Oh well. We’ll figure something out. Maybe we can do a dinner thing.

Still blocked as far as the writing goes. I’ll get it out eventually.
