Decorations and Funks

Talked to my next-door neighbor today, and she’s OK with me including her side of the porch in the decoration scheme. Right now things are a little lopsided, with just my side of the porch lit up. Once I’ve gotten things finished I’ll try to post a picture. I’ve added another set of net lights, and as soon as I buy another extension cord I’ll add another. And I’ve still got four sets in reserve after that. I haven’t even really tapped into my supply of string lights.

It turns out Ember is in a funk, but it’s not my fault, so there’s not a lot I can do. It bothers me that she’s in a funk though. I think I’ve always been a little too sensitive too friends’ emotions.

I found out today I’m getting one of the silver PS/2’s  for Christmas from my parents. I originally wanted a black one to blend with my entertainment system better, but the silver ones have a digital optical audio out that will make it sound a whole lot better when it’s plugged into the system. Yay me! In case anyone is wondering, I didn’t want a PS/3, I don’t have a TV good enough to make it worth it.
