Cold and a bit of snow

It’s REALLY COLD! I don’t think it even made it into the forties today. Wait, let me check my little weather station. OK, I was wrong, it got up to 41.6˚ on my back porch, so it might have hit fourty-five at work. It’s in the mid thirties right now.

We got some snow flurries in the middle of the day but I missed them, I was on lunch.

The reason this is relevant is BECAUSE I SAID SO! Sorry. I was out in the weather today at work: the extra warehouse isn’t heated. I was digging through some freight that hadn’t been filed properly in the computer looking for a Leapster for a customer. The computer says I’ve got twenty of them but I can’t find them. I left a note for the overnighters to check the backstock pallets in the main backroom area since I couldn’t get anywhere near them today. I hope they do.

I’m having dinner with Ember and Sammie tonight. We’re having stuffed salmon fillets, with the side to be determined by whatever they have available. These are really good fillets, I’ve had them before. If we don’t overcook them we shouldn’t even need sauce.

That’s pretty much all I’ve got right now. I still haven’t decided on Amanda’s gift but I know what I’m getting Sammie now, I just have to order it.

And to think I thought it was cold here today, perhaps the low 60’s. I would so love to see the snow, I’ld settle just for flurries! One day last winter we did have flurries! Yes! lol Hugs and smiles……..

I wish I liked salmon more because it’s really good for you but I only have it maybe 2-3 times a year. I just like to catch them, I don’t necessarily want to eat them very often.
