Adventures in Babysitting

K is over now. She waved bye-bye to Critter with absolutely no drama, so yay! Critter said she shouldn’t have any accidents, but she left a couple of diapers just in case. I might have to try to get her into the bath later since she hasn’t had one today, she was a bit of a stinker when it came time to wake up. It seems Critter had a hard time even getting regular clothes on her she was so tired.

She’s watching Go, Diego, Go! right now, and we just finished The Backyardigans. She’s laying down on the couch now so there may be a nap sneaking up on her. She is a cutie. I’d post a pic but I don’t know how Critter would feel about that.

Had to take a quick break for potty time, she needed a little help with the flush and getting dressed.

Checking my e-mails and what not. My Facebook has been very busy these past few days.

Crap, she’s quiet, that’s not good, hang on….

Ok, all is well, she’s just enthralled by the boob tube. Critter doesn’t have cable so she’s only got a few DVD’s to watch. I’ll get her started on coloring after lunch and a nap so her brain doesn’t rot completely today.

That’s all for now. Between keeping an eye on K and checking e-mails and all it’s taken me an hour to get this much done. I’ll try to get another update in after Critter picks everyone up.

Gee, and people wonder why stay-at-home parents don’t get anything else done besides take care of the kids. 🙂
