It’s Official

Couple of things, actually. First, my sweetie, A, has reactivated his Facebook account, and we are both showing "in a relationship with…" on our profiles. As my teenager said, "If it’s on your Facebook, it’s real." or words to that effect. So now everyone knows we’re an Item. That’s kind of cool, actually. I’m still kind of surprised by it all, but I do enjoy him very much and the reverse is likewise true.

Second, I have two appointments booked at the physiotherapy clinic in Windsor on Monday, and have given notice to the spa owner that my availability for massage there is severely curtailed. I’m planning on being available to work like a madperson for the rest of December in the spa, the new massage clinic and the physio clinic, and do my best not to injure myself. Then, in January, I’ll nail down a schedule that suits me, and trust that all will be well.

Also, spoke to the super and she’s going to speak to the owner. Another option to going month-to-month is that if I decide I want to move, I let her bring people in to see the apartment so she can try to rent it out from underneath me, as it were, and free me up to go. Tomorrow, A and I are going to discuss the ramifications of moving in together, whether in his existing apartment, or a different one in his building. I also want to mention to him that I can take over some of his office duties and free him up for other aspects of his job, if that would make his life easier. We’ll see.

#2 Daughter is working a little too hard, I think, but she’ll survive. She’s still loving her job, and the store opens tomorrow. I’ve got a free patch of time in the middle of the day, and I have to call A to remind him to meet me there so we can both check it out. Should be fun and interesting. The Grand Opening is next Friday, and there will probably be crazy deals that day, but I want to get in early and see what’s up.

Life is interesting in good ways right now. I’m content.
