christmas is insane.

merry christmas everyone.

today, well this morning was completey insane. and impossible to enjoy.

i hate christmas, its the worst holiday ever. really it is. no one cares about the holiday, they care about the stupid gifts that they’ll be getting.

we were all suppose to be up and ready to open presents at 8:30am. because my sister was suppose to be leaving at 11 to go to the airport.

of course we didnt start opening the presents until 9:30, cause Sam (my sisters husband) had to get in the shower at 8:30 and then decided to write out bills before he would come over. and my other sister had to stop at dunkin donuts, because god forbid they not have their damn coffee.

and so all the kids were screaming ready to open presents, everyone had to get their coffee and donuts, and while we did that we let the kids open their stockings. whenever alexis so much as went near matt, he started screaming at her not to touch his things.

that part was quite amusing.

i kind of just sat in the corner and watched.

its too crazy to have 3 grandchildren, 5 kids, 2 husbands, and my mom and dad openning presents at one time, and we’re into this “taking turns” thing. So we just let the kids open theirs, put alexis down for a nap, put together nates airport set, and gave matt his shovel and then the ‘adults’ opened their gifts.

the whole time same was bitching about how they had to leave. for my sister to finish opening her presents so they could go. about how she needed to get matt ready. and my sister wouldnt leave until everyone opened their presents.

when they finally were ready to leave. mathew was upset and crying, because he didnt want to go. he wanted to stay, he wanted grandma.

and so they left, with mathew screaming “im not leaving” in a very hurt voice. and then i started crying, and my sister probably did too.

so yea, my sister left for florida at noon. flying into fort lauderdale and driving to marco island? i think that was the plans anyway. i asked to go, hehe.

that was basically my day. it snowed a little. i came online, watched a christmas story with my bro-inlaw. and i took a nap.
