Its my last day at work today.
I am a little sad, because I really do like the people here.
Its the best group of people that I have wrked with for a long time.
Still, onwards again I go.
i will hope that the next place I work is more organised with better management, but just as good people to spend my 9 hours a day with.
I got a card and 2 Bill Granger Cook books from the Kitchen guys…

The house is getting empty and all is done.
Sexy pete arrives tonight.
He will be handing to help ike with the big stuff.

Super super exciting news, is that Ike arrived back today, surprising me and making me cry.

He called this morning, and said he was on his way to work and we had small converstion then he said that he had to go as he had customers walking towards him.
Then he called me a few hours later and said that he was finished and had just hit the highway, and again we had small talk and he left saying he will talk to me later…

Then about 30 minutes later I am standing in the hallway at work, going over what needed to be done with Anne and I see this figure in Jeans and a t’shirt walking towards and it took me about 3 seconds to realise it was Ike..
Its all a blur,  but we hugged for what seemed like minutes, kissing him and asking him "what the hell he was doing here"
crying and hugging him.
Oh my god, it was so amazing to see his face and hold him, and be held, and look at him, while he looked at me.
I could see the love in his eyes and know that he missed me as much as I missed him.
and all the crap I put myself through is unfounded.

I missed him so much, and too see him, and feel him was incredible.

I can’t wait to be settled in with him….

All is good, and this will be the last entry that you get from me in Darwin…

Yayness!!!! Ike is back…
I get to sleep in his arms again tonight!

I love him so much, he is a dream come true.
The $39.95 diary entry title is in relation to what i spent to join the internet dating site I saw Ikes profile on.
I was on the lookout for love, but after having 5 dates with guys that were just not what i wanted i was about to give up, thinking that the internet was not the way to met my man. 
But one day i found this site I had never seen before in my 6 months of internet dating sites,
I saw his profile, read it, and was interested in him, but couldn’t contact him with joining the site myself, which was going to cost $39.95.

I dreamt about him that night, (seriously!, I had a dream about him) and so I went back to the site the next day, serched through 200 men in his age group to find him again, read is profile again, then joined, just so I could contact him.
Now look…
We still make jokes that he is the best $39.95 that I have ever spent…
and he is!!
