i feel like i am in a

zombie movie                             ^_^      ^_^      ^_^      ^_^
the world is an infection and

all living things left

get infected like clockwork
its a perception
depression is

dead heart and the

body rages at the loss of its soul
we all rage differently 🙂
i am not dead today
i am very alive but i see the

black at the edges creep towards the middle of the frame
its not bad though  ^_^   ^_^  ^_^   ^_^
its like a zombie movie 🙂

how do they do it?? they find a hole to

rest thier lungs in but its not the end. 

they have to run

back into the mass. 

if you want to be sure that you live,

you always have to go back.
i vibrate and shake like

making motor noices with your mouth
lips buzzzZZZzzzing and the sinuses open, your palate lifts

my body….at the waist
I feel the rythyms of life

if i am in a room i feel the

truth whether the person speaking it is saying it or not
i trust them all.
most of the time i am in sync with life and

every single heart beat is in jubilee

my paranoia and self doubt though…they are still completly off whack
or maybe they aren’t?

either way! 

(shaking the thought off of my brow)
IT is not to be trusted
those battles are for later

now….
there are zombies
so many obstacles and all as

dangerous as a biting snake
beautiful like a snake ….

one day i will understand 🙂
but

just because the enemy deserves respect
it does not imply that i am to let it overcome me
